1. How long does shipping take?

Normal shipping for local pickup within Canada takes 3–4 days.
Shipping within Canada and to the USA is typically 3–4 days, while shipping to Saint Lucia (SLU) takes 4–5 days.

However, during the holiday season, due to high postal service volumes, all shipping times are subject to change to 5–6 days.

2. Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer local pickup — skip the shipping costs and collect your order directly from our salon suite.
Same-day delivery is currently not available.

3. What lace types do you sell (HD, transparent, etc.)?

We only carry premium HD lace.
Our knots are tiny from front to back, providing a flawless and natural melt.

4. How do I care for my wig?

To keep your wigs in great condition with minimal product, follow this simple routine:

Gentle Washing:
After washing and conditioning your wig, stick to lightweight products.
Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and wash by running your fingers through the hair rather than scrubbing vigorously. Shampoo twice if needed.

Hydrating Conditioning:
Follow up with a hydrating conditioner. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Once rinsed, let your wig or hair air dry overnight for best results.

Lightweight Styling:
Avoid heavy waxes or oils. A light serum is all you need for shine and luster.
For curly wigs, use mostly water (80%) and a hydrating cream (20%) as needed.

Tip: Keep it light, keep it hydrated and your wig will stay fabulous!

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final, as every order is placed specifically for each customer and for sanitary reasons.

6. Can I request custom wig sizes or colours?

Yes! You can choose from Small, Medium, or Large cap sizes.
If you require Extra Small or Extra Large, simply reach out we can customize your fit.

When purchasing raw hair, colours aren’t available by default.
However, if you’d like a custom colour, please visit our service booking site to schedule a custom colour service.

7. How do I know which wig cap size to choose?

Please refer to our Sizing Chart for guidance before placing your order.

8. Can I install the wig myself, or do I need a stylist?

All our wigs are glueless and come with:

• Adjustable elastic bands

• Placement combs

• Adjustable hooks

We recommend our HD lace closure wigs for easy, everyday DIY wear.
For the ultimate luxury experience, you can also have your wig professionally installed by a stylist.
